Your first step toward partner learning, certification and service qualification is via your regional partner portal and "The Learning Center".
Please note: The access processes described below are for all HP Partner Learning program participants. This includes individuals not currently affiliated with an HP Partner and who are either HP Certified Professionals or planning on obtaining an HP Certified Professional Program certification.
If you have never registered as a user on your partner portal...once you arrive on the landing page, click on the "Register" link on the left navigation bar and follow the instructions to acquire your partner portal user ID and password.
If you've already registered and have acquired your partner portal user ID and password, sign in.
How to access "The Learning Center"
"The Learning Center" is accessible via the "Train & certify" section on your partner portal. Once you sign in to your partner portal, follow these steps:
Click on the "Train & certify" link on the left navigation bar. On your first visit, click on the link provided. Then agree to the program Terms & Conditions by checking BOTH boxes and submitting.
Note: Please allow 3 business days to gain access to the "Train & certify" pages and acquire your HP Learner ID.
Once you have access to the "Train & certify" section of your partner portal, you can visit The Learning Center by clicking on the "Access The Learning Center" link under the "Quick links" section.
