How to receive credit for third-party achievements

To receive credit for a third-party achievement and apply it toward an HP certification or HP service qualification, please submit the following information:

1. Your full name, company name, contact information and your HP Learner ID;
2. Title of the HP certification or service qualification toward which you are applying the credit;
3. Scanned copy of certificate or exam, showing date of completion. Please note: Microsoft transcripts must be submitted in lieu of the certificate.

HP Recommends posting your third-party achievements through the ITCC . This service is available to simplify the validation of certifications you hold.
