HP ExpertOne provides skill developing web based and classroom training, webinars and remote labs exclusively for channel partner students. Find courses and course offerings in The Learning Center. Your learning achievements are tracked over time so you know how you are progressing.

Certification

There are two tracks for HP certification: HP partner restricted (affiliate) and professional career. HP Partner restricted certifications are exclusively for HP channel partners and are designed to validate skills required to meet HP partner program requirements. Professional career certifications are designed for technical IT professionals to advance their knowledge and skills. In some cases, career certifications may also be required as part of the regional partner program requirements.

New Product Introductions (NPI)

Be the first to learn about new products and product enhancements with NPI webinars and recorded events. As an HP authorized channel partner employee you can participate in live webinars where HP experts present new products. View the webinar schedule by clicking on the "New Product Introductions" link under the "What's new" section of the "Train & certify" home page on your regional partner portal. Live sessions will be recorded and available in The Learning Center about 2 weeks later.

Service and solution qualifications

Qualifications align to HP service partner programs. Each partner employee must hold the appropriate qualification prior to delivering services. In addition, their employer must be authorized as a service provider.
