Exam description

This exam tests your skills on HP SaaS. The expectation is that the Customer Partner is an expert on the product or solution area they are supporting and delivering to the customer.

Who should take this exam?

This exam is for technical account managers who, in a SaaS delivery project, will play the role of Customer Partners (or will work under a customer Partner's supervision) to drive and execute the engagement with the customer, from initial engagement kick-off to solution implementation and on to ongoing enhancements and support.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with the Partner Handbook and Datasheets documents (one for each offering).

  • Demonstrate proficiency with the ALM add-on tool.
