This exam tests your skills on Data Protector concepts and architecture, install and C=configure your Data Protector Cell, managing backup media and devices, performing backups, Restores and Replications, Data Protector administration and troubleshooting.

Who should take this exam?

This exam is for Storage and System Administrators, or those with equivalent experience, using HP Data Protector software, who have a good understanding of the functionality of the software, the essential knowledge to configure and manage the HP Data Protector software and its application to typical storage. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of backup and recovery concepts and a basic understanding of virtualization, related technologies, and backup challenges.
