Exam description

This exam tests your ability to demonstrate, deploy and manage HP BSM Network Node Manager i 9.x Software to exploit its powerful out-of-the-box capabilities that enable the network
operations teams to efficiently manage physical and virtual networks of any size. Knowledge of business requirements, technical prerequisites and constraints when deploying and managing a business class installation is assumed. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of the benefits that the HP Network Node Manager i 9.x Software provides as a standalone network management solution, and as part of an integrated Automated Network Management solution, and how the benefits are realized. You will also need sufficient experience and fluency with the basics of operating systems and system administration, network protocols and network device administration.

Who should take this exam?

The ideal candidate for this exam is a network administrator, a solution architect, a presales technical consultant or an implementer who works in a team or under the supervision of a senior consultant when dealing with complex, enterprise wide deployments. The most successful candidates have at least three months (and preferably more than six months) of real world experience implementing and maintaining Network Node Manager i 9.x Software to manage medium complexity networks.
