This exam is for HP Services personnel with a minimum of 3-6 months experience on HP NonStop NS-Series servers running the H-Series NonStop Kernel. Examples of job roles include:
• Authorized service and support personnel (field support technicians)
• Global Customer Support Center personnel
• Presales technical support personnel
• NonStop Kernel software developers, system integrators, and consultant partners
• Authorized service channel partners
• Customers authorized to service their own equipment
