Exam description

This exam tests your ability to design and configure for problem management, and your ability to monitor all aspects of the system. It also tests your ability to detect, identify and report problems and resolve those problems using available tools.

Who should take this exam?

This exam is for personnel with a minimum of one year experience on the HP NonStop S-Series servers running the G-Series NonStop Kernel Operating System.
• Authorized Service and Support personnel (field support technicians)
• Global Mission Critical Support Center (GMCSC) personnel
• Solution Architects and Professional Services personnel (C&I/SDI)
• NonStop System Kernel Software Developers, System Integrators and Consultant Partners, Application Designers, Authorized Service Channel Partners and Distributors, and Customers authorized to service their own equipment.
