Course description

This course demonstrates the process for using the Executive Scorecard v9.30.
The course focuses on learning product terminology and tasks required to use, create, troubleshoot, and enable executives to continuously improve their business by measuring what happened and what is happening, analyzing that information, and planning new strategies using the gathered information.
This course is 50% lecture and 50% hands-on labs. The hands-on labs use version 9.30 of the software.

Administrators responsible for providing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Executive Scorecard application as a strategy enabler for their management.
Implementers: consultants, system architects, integrators, and planners who help customers use Executive Scorecard in a customer environment
