Course description

This course covers advanced topics such as scripting, performance planning and tuning, advanced troubleshooting, virtualization and clustered environments on HP's latest generation of servers, including HP ProLiant Gen8. It focuses on HP Server solutions in the Enterprise and how these solutions address real problems that customers are facing today. Topics presented include using customized scripts to automate infrastructure deployments, and practices used to migrate from one server platform to another. It also includes high level technologies like Infiniband and Virtual Connect Enterprise Manager used with multiple blade enclosures. It introduces the HP Matrix Operating Environment, the software solution for Converged Infrastructure.
This course covers the features of HP ProLiant Gen8 servers including the HP ProActive Insight systems architecture. This course also contains the latest software utilities from HP for deploying, managing, and monitoring HP Server Solutions.
